Ingredients: 1 tablespoon cooking oil( preferably olive), 1/2 large onion chopped into fine pieces, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, 1 pound collard greens, diced, clove and garlic finely chopped, 3 cups vegetable stock and 2 tomatoes.

Directions:
Take a large pan over medium heat, add oil and butter and heat it for 2 minutes. Now sauté onions until they turn soft and transparent add red pepper flakes and garlic and cook for 1 minute. Now add collard greens to the pan and cook for 1 more minute. Then slowly add vegetable stock to the mix, cover the pan and bring your burner to simmer. Cook it for 40 minutes to turn the greens tender and soft. Now add tomatoes and season it with salt and freshly ground black pepper. You can try this side dish in your next breakfast or lunch. Ingredients: ¼ cup flour, 1 chopped onion, 2 sliced garlic and cloves, 1 pint whipped cream, 4 tablespoons butter, 2/3 cup Parmesan cheese (finely grated), ½ cup Cheddar cheese, salt and pepper, half lemon juice, 2 (10-ounce) collard greens, 1 (14-ounce) jar artichoke hearts ( chopped coarsely), Worcestershire and hot sauce.

Directions:
First of all, preheat your oven to 425• F. Now take a saucepan and place it on your burner on medium heat. Melt butter in it add onion and garlic to the pan and sauté till they turn tender and golden brown. Now add flour to the pan and stir it for 1 minute. Put the cream in the pan and continually stir it so that it thickens. Now add both types cheese to it. It would melt after some time. Add salt, pepper and lemon juice. Finally, introduce Worcestershire and hot sauce. Transfer the entire content into a casserole dish. Now add folds of collard greens and artichoke hearts to this cheesy dip and bake it in the oven which is already preheated at 425• F for 15 minutes.
