Spicy Egg Curry

Ingredients:
Boiled eggs, Oil, Onions, Ginger garlic paste, green chilli, red chilli powder, tomatoes, turmeric, salt, garam masala powder, coriander leaves, bay leaf, cumin.
Method
Boil and eggs and remove the shells. Prick with a fork at certain points.
Heat oil in a pan and to it add bay leaf, cumin seeds, cardamom till they splutter.
Add the chopped onions and mix salt with it. Fry till it is translucent.
Add the ginger garlic paste and when it is done add the tomatoes and cook till soft.
Add all the spices. Put some water and cook till the gravy thickens. Serve hot.

Egg and Toasted Bread

Ingredients:
Eggs, bread slices, salt, oil, onions, red chilli powder, turmeric, green chillies, coriander leaves
Method
Break the eggs in a bowl. In it mix the chopped onions, tomatoes, salt, chillies, coriander leaves and turmeric.
Dip each slice of bread in the mixture and fry it in the pan.
Alternately, the mixture can be poured onto the pan, and the bread slice can be set over it.

Eggs, spinach, green chillies, salt, coriander leaves, ginger, turmeric, onions, pepper, cheese, oil, cumin seeds
Method:
Wash the spinach leaves and coriander leaves properly in water.
Chop the onions, ginger, spinach, and coriander leaves finely.
Break eggs in a bowl and to it add all the chopped veggies. Add the spices too. Beat them together.

Method:
If using uncooked rice, wash it and drain it completely. Cook it. If using cooked rice skip the step.
Chop all the vegetables.
